Day 2 – Improve balance and core strength.

  • Loosening exercises
  • Sun Salutations and Strength
  • Warrior pose and Variations
  •  Hatha Yoga advanced pose and variations.

 

Day 3 – Strengthen flexibility

  • Sun Salutation and flexibility
  • Hatha yoga Lower back poses with twisting and bend

 

Day 4 – Enhance mindfulness.

  • Whole session with stretching and breathing technique (Personalized yoga)
  • Shavasana
