Completing the SSI or PADI Open Water Diver Course will give you the most popular and worldwide recognized scuba diver certification.
You will develop your knowledge to understand the basic theory of scuba diving.
The confined water dives will help you learn the basic scuba diving skills and the open water dives will enable you to put theory into practice and explore the underwater world! We will take you out by boat from Kizimkazi to the beautiful Menai Bay Conservation Area for your open water dives.
No prior experience is required, but you must be a skilled swimmer, in good physical condition and at least 10 years old! All dive gear is included.
With e-learning you have the possibility to do the theory part of the course before your visit to Zanzibar, allowing you to go through the material at your own comfortable pace. The practical part of the course will take 3 days in Zanzibar. 1 day for the pool skills session and 2 days for the open water dives (2 dives/day).
